What is included in each CAIT package?

    Check the overview for exact details, but generally each CAIT package includes one round trip seat on a shared private aircraft, ground transportation between the destination airport and hotel, and accommodations at your selected hotel.

    Is CAIT the aircraft operator?

    No. CAIT acts as an indirect air carrier to the client by arranging flights on FAR Part 135 aircraft. All operators hold a minimum safety accreditation of ARGUS Gold.

    Where do CAIT packages depart from?

      Each trip currently originates in Los Angeles. We are testing the concept here and have eager plans to expand.

      Can I purchase a double-occupant package?
        Yes! As of right now our app only allows for single seat purchases so just checkout twice to purchase for two seats.

        Can I book an entire aircraft for my Package?
          Yes. Please contact us directly in order to book an entire aircraft.

          Are there any additional costs for my CAIT package?
            Each reservation will include daily complimentary breakfast at your hotel selection (unless otherwise noted). In some cases, our hotel partner will extend an additional dining or spa credit to be used during your stay. If any additional charges incur during your time at the hotel, you will be billed directly by the hotel for those charges.

            Can I purchase individual components of the CAIT package? I.e. just the flight?
              On a case­ by­ case basis we will allow for the purchase of individual components. Please contact us for more information.

              How far out must I book my trip?
                We accept reservations through the app up to eight hours prior to departure if a flight still has availability. Arrangements can typically be made inside of that window (pending availability) if you contact us.

                Where can I travel with CAIT?
                  Please check the app for the most current list of destinations.

                  Is the plane safe?
                    Yes. We work with a select group of operators that receive annual safety audits by industry standard ARG/US Wyvern, and/or ISBAO firms. We utilize operators that retain only ARG/US Gold or Platinum safety ratings, ensuring your peace of mind on each flight.

                    What aircraft will I fly on?
                      For just about every flight conducted we are able to utilize the exact aircraft photographed on the specific CAIT profile. If a last minute mechanical issue comes about, we will find an alternative aircraft to serve the flight. We will always notify you if something changes.

                      Who will I fly with?
                        The private aircraft will be shared with other guests who have purchased the same package.

                        Is there internet on board?
                        Most aircraft we utilize have an internet connection. Be sure to check the amenity info to be sure.

                        Is the ground transportation shared as well?
                        No. We provide private ground transportation to each couple travelling on their CAIT trip. If you are travelling with another couple and prefer a larger shared car we will be happy to arrange (we will pass through any additional fees at cost).

                        What type of vehicle will be used for transportation?
                        We arrange, at minimum, a single black sedan for each couple. Larger vehicles are available upon request.

                        Can I rent a car instead?
                        Yes. Please contact us after you have booked your trip to substitute for a rental car. Depending on current rental rates, there maybe a surcharge.

                        What type of bed will I receive?
                        All packages include rooms with a single king sized bed (unless otherwise noted). If you prefer different arrangements, please advise after purchasing your package.

                        How do I check-in to the hotel when I arrive?
                        Because we aim to take the headache out of travel, a hotel representative will meet you car-side when you arrive at the property. You will be given a welcome packet along with your room key.

                        Am I guaranteed my selected hotel?
                        Unless there is an unforeseeable availability issue, we will do our best to accommodate each hotel request.

                        Can I stay in a hotel not listed on the app?
                        Yes. Please contact us directly in order to book a package at a non­-partner hotel. Additional charges may apply.

                        Can I request a room upgrade?
                        Absolutely. After you receive your confirmation email just let us know that you would like to upgrade. We will put together a list of available upgrades as well as their applicable surcharges.
